I noticed a section on John Eberhart’s webpage that says he’d would like to hear how his books have contributed to buck kills. This year I killed a buck during the rut in central Pennsylvania and the knowledge and skills I acquired from “Bowhunting Pressured Whitetails” and “Precision Bowhunting” were the reason for my success.
John’s books are very instructional, enjoyable, and most of all they inspired me to become a more detailed and better hunter and they are the reason I shot this buck. I was fascinated by the stories of your hunts and wanted to experience hunts like that myself. Well, now I finally have, and I know there will be more to come. A special thanks goes out to John for my newly found ScentLok scent control program (which I know I shouldn’t have been wearing during the recovery), and for all the straight forward and detailed hunting information.
